Yukon School of Visual Arts
The school is located in a 7500 square foot historic building in downtown Dawson City.
This two-story structure accommodates the needs of the foundation year program with workspaces for each student, common studio facilities, a lecture room, a media lab, an exhibition space, indoor/outdoor common areas, a woodworking shop, a library/resource centre and an art supply store.
Storage areas for projects and supplies are provided in strategic areas.
Laptop computers and a digital still camera will be assigned to each student for use in both their academic and studio coursework.
WiFi internet is available throughout the facility.
